In this article, we’ll cover…

  • What a Super Supplier is.
  • What the Poptop Levels system is.
  • Why Super Supplier status matters, and what you get from it.
  • How you become a Super Supplier.

Let’s start with the basics, shall we?

What is a Super Supplier?

Super Supplier status is an award we give to the very best suppliers on Poptop. You can’t buy Poptop status. You earn it, by consistently performing in five key areas of Poptop.

  • Booking Confirmation (10% or lower)
  • Booking Conversion (14% or higher)
  • Message Response Rate (80% or higher)
  • High Quality Reviews (4.5 or higher)
  • Confirmed Bookings (at least 3 in 180 days)

We use a 180 day window to judge Super Supplier performance – so you need to consistently perform in each of these areas for a 180 day period to become a Super Supplier. We’ll go into more detail on these five performance indicators further in to the article.
