I am looking to hire bell tents for camping at our wedding. We are getting married on 2nd Sept 2017 in the wood in the Wasing Estate in Aldermaston, Berks. We're a wedding party of 170 and we are presuming about 60 people would camp if there's enough space in the woodland.
I am holding a festival type party (private event)there is direcr access to the field; where there is hardstanding for vehicles. water and electricity points. (although they may need to bring their own generator.

I am looking to hire a tipi wedding for the 26th May 2018. We will have approx 80 adults and 15 children to seat during the day, then a further 80 guests and 25-30 children in the evening. The marquee will be place on the side of the double sliding doors of the living. If it can be attached to the wall, if not then you will need to secure to the ground with weights.
Lighting, Tables and chairs to seat 22 person as per the attached image. All the food will be place on the table so we need to ensure there is enough space to place the platters comfortable. Table cloth that drapes to the floor. (A festive colour. - champagne, gold, or off white)

We are in the process of planning our wedding, we will have approx. 100 for the day. we would like to have canapés and drinks and a sit down lunch followed by drinks and a party in the evening.
It was my daughters 8th birthday I cannot stress how wonderful the experience was. We had an Alice in wonderland theme Mad Hatters Tea party and it was amazing! Super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Communication during booking process was fab and very helpful!
Tents were fab! Undecorated which was our request but came with inflatable mattresses which were super comfy and at knee height (as oppose to the regular mattress thickness) they were great for indoor seating as well.
