Whilst living in Sicily we had one of our greatest opportunities to work alongside one of the best Pizzaiolo’s. We were able to soak in so much knowledge and through their passion, we came to love pizza more than we already did - which we didn’t even think was possible! Through this knowledge and new understanding, we’ve been able to make our special recipe and we pride ourselves on only using Italian ingredients. We are a family-run business and everything we produce comes from the heart.

We want our children to see what hard work and sharing a passion can achieve. We built our trailer together as a family and we plan to travel from event to event together as a family. We also want to show the world how amazing pizza can be! L’amore passa per lo stomaco!!!
