Very impressed by Marco. He coped admirably in the small lodge kitchen; cooking and serving the 6 of us with much attention and care. The food was excellent, with particular praise for the polenta dish. The venison and duck were cooked perfectly and the coffee creme brulee was a hit. Thank you Marco. Anu Catering served us an unforgettable authentic Vegetarian curry to 70 of my friends and family at my 50th birthday festival party. Nafi, owner of Indimax Caterers, was extremely organised and professional. He made excellent suggestions ahead of time and brought a wealth of knowledge to our event. Presentation of the food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. He even trained our waiting staff and ensured that our event went smoothly. Literally could not have done it without him and will definitely use him again.

The food was really nice and my guest complemented it. There was an item missing from the buffet and could not get in touch with them on the day. Would have been reassuring to have someone contact me in the day and give me an estimated time they would be delivering the food. Also if they could have contacted me to let me know there would be an item missing and why and if I would like to replace it for something else. Other th…
