Growing up with my father as a fisherman has been an advantage, I know where to get the freshest fish and forage for those salty sea ingredients that make a dish.

I can offer bespoke menus and private dining at home or cooking classes designed to expand the knowledge and skills of any person willing to learn.

I asked Natasha to do something special for my wife's birthday and the result was great. Natasha was very engaged and even though the weather was horrible, we had a great outdoor dinner! Will definetively call her again
