In-spired Catering

We had an amazing meal. Liam was absolutely fantastic from the very start and very accommodating of special requests for a fussy eater. The whole evening was very special the food top class and Liam went out if his way to entertain the kids with some cooking lessons. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I booked Liam and his team for a 3-course meal to celebrate my 60th with my family in a holiday property in Bournemouth. There were 22 of us. Unfortunately the hired 'Bournemouth Villa' was far below expectations and I was worried Liam would have problems with the kitchen facilities. I sent him some photos and he was very upbeat and didn't flinch. The next day he arrived with his assistant Travis, and pre-prepped food, and set about producing an absolutely marvelous 3-course meal for 22, comprising 8 different starters, 7 different main courses and 5 different desserts. Every one of us agreed that each dish was excellent quality, both in taste and appearance. To achieve this in what can only be described as the pits of a kitchen is remarkable. Not only was the kitchen awful, but it was on the lower ground floor, with the dining room on the ground floor. This meant that Travis was up and down the steep stairs umpteen times delivering meals and clearing plates. Liam and Travis were very cheerful throughout the evening. They arrived promptly and then left the kitchen cleaner than we had found it on arrival. I am now trying to find another event in our calendar so I can hire them again! They will go anywhere and I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone looking for quality.

Great communication leading up to the event, fantastic service - cheerful throughout, arrived on time, set up without any issues in a relatively small space, provided all crockery and cutlery and cleaned up perfectly and the food was fantastic, plentiful and enjoyed by all guests. Highly recommended!

Liam and his team were wonderful. So friendly and efficient. The food was incredible (we picked soufflé, pate, tagletelli and sea bass) and the kitchen left spotless.

In-spired catering provided us with a wonderful evening of amazing food and no stress so we could enjoy family time.
They took our requests with ease, and provided alternatives to food intolerance.
The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the kitchen was immaculate afterwards. Speedy service, no waiting around and each course was hot and perfectly cooked.

Liam catered for my partners 70th birthday party with the bowl and fork dinner as I wanted a relaxed meal. All communication was really easy with Liam and nothing was any trouble. He and Sarah quietly prepared and served the food and more as they took out the starters and dished up the desserts. They we’re invaluable and would definitely use again and recommend them. Can’t praise Liam and his team highly enough. My 60th Birthday celebration dinner party for 10 was flawless and I have no idea how they managed to deliver such a huge menu selection with such ease and professionalism, especially as the kitchen in our holiday house only has an Aga to cook on! Unfortunately I didn’t take any photographs of the food but it was delicious. 10 out of 10. X

Amazing experience with In-spired Catering. Fantastic food and great service. Couldn’t do more for us and coped well with the chaos of 6 children running around the house! Even added a little birthday touch for the dessert! Thank you!

These guys were absolutely amazing. Food was awesome, nothing was too much trouble. How they did what they did we do not know but we were super impressed. 9 different immaculately presented dishes over 3 courses for 10 people without breaking a sweat. They helped make our dinner party such a memorable wonderful occasion. So friendly, relaxed, easy going and self sufficient. Laura kept our wine glasses topped up and they even supplied complimentary canapés and desert wine to say happy birthday. It was a joy to have them in our home. If you are looking to hire a private chef you won’t go wrong hiring these guys. FYI the best scallop risotto we ever tasted!!!!!!

Honestly cannot recommend them enough! They were reliable, friendly, provided great service and best of all - food which was delicious. All our guests loved the food. Thanks Liam once again for a great dinner
