Our Restored 1970s Rice Horse Trailer has been transformed into a Luxury Prosecco Bar. Offering all the latest Cocktails, Beer, Cider, Spirits and Gourmet Snacks. Our Horsebox is a hardened stead that is as robust as when the gallant mares & geldings where on board, so no problem going off the beaten track.

Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Of course. Our aim is to make your day truly unique, so any change/addition please ask us and we will try and make it a possibility.
Do you offer special menus?
We can customise a drinks menu to suit.
How does the open bar work?
Open Bar - Means that your guests are not charged for the drinks, instead we run up a tab behind the bar. Which as the hosts, you can settle at the end of the evening/event, by cash or bank transfer.
Set List/Services
The Mane Bar Pricing details:
For our fully licensed Mobile Bar to attend your event, we ask for a £150.00 Booking Fee (non-refundable) and a minimum spend of £200.
Although it seems daunting the minimum charge is usually exceeded within the first few hours, dependent on number of guests.
The Booking Fee includes the following:
- Full hire of our Rice Trailer Mobile Bar for the duration of your event.
- Secures your chosen day.
- A TEN’s (Temporary Event Notice) to allow the sale of alcohol at your event.
- Super helpful and friendly staff to run the Mobile Bar (Three members of staff as standard, but more included, depending on number of guests). As it is in our best interest that your guests are served promptly.
- We supply all quality disposable glassware, straws and napkins.
(we can also can arrive with glassware we hire out, but this is at an additional fee).
- You can customise the drinks we serve/provided to suit your special day.
- Customise our bunting and décor to your wedding theme.
- Also including our double sided A-board and vintage bicycle display, we personalise for your big day.
We can run The Mane Bar a number of different ways for your day:
Full Bar Service (Cash Bar) - £150.00 Booking Fee
We arrive with plenty of time to set up at your event, to make sure everything is perfect. When your guests arrive, we serve drinks to your guests who then pay by cash for them.
Full Bar Service with Hosts Addition (Tab Bar) - £150.00 Booking Fee
Again, we arrive in plenty of time to set up at your event..
On this occasion as the hosts of the big day. You/family would treat your guests by putting an amount behind the bar, to cover arrival drink/drinks for your guests. Once addition has been spent, we then run the bar as above (Cash Bar).
Full Open Bar (Open Bar) - £150.00 Booking Fee
We also can run the bar as an open bar. Where your guests are not charged for the drinks, instead we run up a tab behind the bar.
Which as the hosts, you can settle at the end of the evening/event, by invoice paying via cash or bank transfer.
