We offer a quirky-yet-quality product; a vintage mobile bar, striving to improve the quality of service at public and private events, selling a selection of hand-picked drinks lovingly researched by our dedicated team.
Our fleet of beautiful, converted 1970s VW campervans and traditional wooden bars are available for private and corporate events, and best of all we don’t charge to attend events within 25 miles of Cheltenham (subject to a minimum bar spend). Alternatively we do offer a dry hire service of the vans, subject to availability, for those wishing to stock the bar themselves.
Our team are all highly experienced and have a broad range of hospitality and events experience. We have a fantastic training programme in place and above all friendliness and enthusiasm are the most important things we look for in team members.

"We had a village hall wedding and had initially organised for our local pub to provide the bar. Thank goodness they let us down, as having Will and CamperVin was one of the best things we could have done.
The staff were wonderful, the camper van looked amazing and all our guests thought it was a brilliant idea. Not only did Will provide the bar but he organised arrival and toast drinks. Everything was just so easy, customer service was amazing and everything ran like clock work.

Will was very professional throughout all the arrangements and the actual event. He took care of everything I asked, with no fuss and his colleague and himself were very friendly to all the guests. He’s prompt and gets on with setting up, which makes it super easy for you and stress-free. As it’s unique, everyone loved it and the drink selection caters to all, which is always great ☺

We had the pleasure of using CamperVin for our wedding and would highly recommend them for any function or party. I booked Campervin for an indoor bar for my Parents’ joint surprise 60th birthday party in January. Will was easy to contact, professional and available to answer any questions throughout. He confirmed our arrangements prior to the event and made sure he had enough stocks for any specific drinks we requested (rum and ginger beer was a favourite for our family at the time). On the day, Will and Georgina arrived early and set up swiftly and tidily, working with us to establish the best position for the bar and reassuring us that we had one less thing to worry about on the night! It was brilliant that there was a minimum spend on the bar as all our guests bought their own drinks and we didn’t have to worry about an expense. I was able to put money behind the bar for the band and Will and Georgina were professional throughout – no long queues for drinks and everyone happy and a bit tipsy quickly! I would definitely recommend Campervin for any function, a great, professional service. There’s lots to worry about when organising an event – the bar no longer needs to be one of them.
