What services do you offer?
We provide a mobile bar service in Newcastle Upon Tyne with an inbuilt photo booth.

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
Yes we can. In the past we have been doing the welcome drinks for the guests arriving at the weddings. The package covers that, last for 3 hours so we can fit a few into a day if they aren't too far away from each other.
What style of photos do you take?
We provide a photo booth with decorations and props for the guests
What drinks can be served on tap with The Bubble Bar?
We have two taps allowing you to chose up to two drinks on tap as well as a fully stocked bar. Usually we do one Lager and a prosecco (Frizzanti). Want something special like a refreshing pornstar martini to accumpany the prosecco, Get in touch.
How far will you travel?
We will travel anywhere! We are based in Newcastle and within 25 miles travel is free, any further and there will be an additional cost, please contact us to discuss this charge.
Do we need to get a license?
If the venue does not have its own premises licence then a Temporary Events Licence (TEN) will be required if the drinks supplied at the event are chargeable (Not a free bar). We apply for this licence for you at a charge of £20. This fee must be paid up to 14 days of the event, we will usually take this fee at the time of deposit if one is required.
Do you use plastic or glass?
Here at The Bubble Bar we use recyclable plastic at all our events. We do not supply glass as special insurances and stricter H&S requirements have to be adhered to for the use of glass. Therefore, in the event that the hirer wishes to use glass, then the hirer must hire the glass ware from a third party and at their own risk. Our plastic glasses are reusable if they are not broken and are recyclable, we will also not serve plastic straws at any event.
