Unlimited Med Buffet - 2 Hours

Canapes: -hummus and sundried tomato on cucumber. -salsa on gem lettuce. -crispy bacon and caramelised onion. -shredded chicken salsa crostini. -spicy prawn mousse crostini. Main courses: -Spicy prawn linguini -chicken, butter beans and potato curry served with morrocan couscous or yellow rice -Roasted med veg and herb hot pot served with morrocan couscous or rice. Salads: -Greek salad. -green leaves, cherry tomato and black olive salad. Desserts: -mini selection assorted cake bites. We serve a selection of foods to your guests for 2 hours, here they are welcome to have as much as they wish. Please get in contact with myself for a more detailed menu for you to choose from.
