Tcha are based in West Yorkshire. Tcha (“An Expression Of Joy” in Romani) evolved in early 2019 as a collaboration between four experienced musicians following a series of informal sessions. Coming from a variety of musical backgrounds, they share not only a passion for the music of Django Reinhardt and the gypsy jazz legacy but also east european and latin songs and rhythms.
