I cater for family and friend celebrations, intimate weddings, corporate events, canape receptions, buffets, graduation and BBQ parties.
My menus range from simple 3 course meals to multi course tasting menus. Having grown up in the hospitality industry, working in the kitchens of my parent's restaurants in South Africa becoming a chef was the only career path I considered. After leaving South Africa my culinary repertoire flourished in Scotland where I founded The North Port Restaurant in Perth and became a chef/proprietor of Kingarroch Inn Gastro Pub in Fife. I was recognised for my refined style of cooking by receiving acclaimed awards by the Micheline Guide, Good Food Guide and awarded AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. Following my 12-year career as a restaurateur I now solely focus on private chef services, catering for events and consultancy nationwide.

All produce will be freshly prepared on or off site using the freshest locally sourced seasonal produce.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes , I can discuss a bespoke menu to your preferences paying attention to intolerances and dietary requirements.
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
I am a classically trained chef with fine dining experience however specialise in all cuisines
