I cannot put into words how great Nik has been from start to finish with our private booking for our garden party in June...but I'll try! The food was sensational, with 35 discerning and hungry guests to feed, 1 being a local food blogger, Nik totally pulled it out of the bag! His beef brisket was tender and tasty, as was the pork, and the home made accompaniments blew us away - so much so that I had to ask for the pickle recipe! He was super responsive leading up to the party, totally professional but friendly and turned up on time and served up the most delicious brisket sandwiches. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nik or even using him again, his food was amazing, as was he! Thank you Nik! :)

Nik came to our rented house in Bournemouth to cater for a stag do. Nik’s passion for what he cooks shines through in every aspect, the bone marrow sauce for the burnt ends was absolutely fantastic. I would Highly recommend Smoke us for anyone who has a large gathering or even a stag do. All 10 of the party finished off at least 3 Brisket rolls.

Nik catered for a fantastic beach event serving brisket and pulled pork and was great to work with. His food literally melted in your mouth, everyone loved it - other beach goers were very jealous. Would highly recommend for your events.
