We have been in the catering and hospitality business for over 40 years now Running Pubs, Clubs and restaurants.
We are based in Cheshunt country club which we have run for over 24 years alone.
Over this time we have organised and laid on literally thousands of weddings and events from 10 people to 3000.
So when you book with us you not only get our amazing food but you also get the best service and professional experience. We understand what you need for you event and will help you through everything offering bespoke service and options.
We will arrive and set up out side at the pre arranged time to ensure the correct setting for your celebration in addition to the roasting, carving and serving of your food please keep in mind that your hog will not be part cooked elsewhere and finished at your venue, it will be totally cooked at your site. Cooking times obviously vary with the size of the pig and one for 100 guests requires 5 -6 hours plus 1 hour for us to set up.
Our food is set up buffet style but we are able to do platter service for your guests at extra cost and camps also supply China plates and cutlery.
Serving will be carried out in traditional chef's checked attire. We attend whatever the weather, provision and erection of gazebo(s) will be accommodated for the occasion if no other suitable cover is available.
We assure you that our standards of hygiene are second to none and all of our staff have fully qualified with health and hygiene certificates.
Once your guests have been catered for, including seconds if they have an enormous appetite, we carve any remaining meat to platters accompanied by any remaining freshly baked bread.
Roasting and clearing away and tidying of the buffet area will be conducted with discretion having due regard to the safety and well being of your guests. All rubbish will be removed from the venue in compliance with Environmental Health procedures.
