Description
We slow roast baby potatoes over charcoal in our mobile bespoke oven and serve with British Ogleshield Cheese which is melted and scraped onto the potatoes and served with our Hereford Beef options include our Dry-Aged Steaks, Home Cured Salt Beef and our Hand Made Sausages and also our Dry-Cured Streaky Bacon with Free Range Egg.We Farm it, We cook it - YOU eat it! Street food markets, corporate and private events all over the country, 50-500 people to feed - no problem!
