Papavero Pizza Company

We are Papavero Pizza Company, and we are a husband and wife team based in Taunton, Somerset. We have painstakingly converted our horse box into a one of a kind mobile pizza trailer, from which we sell handmade, stone baked pizzas. In our trailer, we have an authentic Italian pizza oven, with the capacity to cook up to 3 pizzas at a time.

After attending a pizza masterclass in the hometown of pizza, Naples, we have perfected our pizza dough recipe. All of our dough is handmade and we also make our own sourdough dough, which is made from our family sourdough starter which originated in San Francisco. All of our ingredients are locally sourced and toppings lovingly prepared to ensure the highest quality pizzas.

We are available to hire for events and weddings, with no event being to small. We also do regular pop-ups around the Taunton area.
