Based in Essex, Nopales is mobile catering truck offering a fresh and exciting food concept that offers a new responsibly sourced plant based take on regional Mexican and South American dishes and drinks. From our vibrant and tasty taco's to chilli and humitas, along with sweet treats and our signature sauces, we offer something for everyone to enjoy. Our philosophy is to offer a plant based solution for those that still eat meat or not, but want to have a plant based option and we also cater for people that have specific dietary needs, as most of our food is gluten free and all of our food is dairy and meat free.
Great communication from the start by Mattwhen the booking was made. He sent me an email with the menu options and other options they could provide. I booked the food truck for a small home party for my wife’s 40th birthday and she loved the food, as did all the guests. Matt and Emily provided great service and were lovely to talk to. Definitely interested in booking them again!

Nopales were fantastic in catering for our Makerhouse Film Crew over two days on location.
As an industry we're pushing for more sustainable film sets and Nopales really helped us achieve this with their delicious vegan food and sustainable ethos.
The crew were pleasantly surprised with the incredible flavours and often went back for seconds the food was so tasty!
Matthew and his team were very accommodating with our allergy requests and working around the limitations with our filming locations.
Would book them again in a heartbeat and wish them the best with their sustainable catering future. Will of course be in contact directly next time we're filming in that area and thanks again for the great food!
Matt and Emily are a great team and they made it a fabulous day. The food was wonderful and very professionally set up and they took the time to find out about us from an early consultation, suggesting menus and arranging a taster session.
The menus were original with great flavours, we had a Mediterranean theme and all our guests commented on how good the food was.
Very reasonably priced and within our budget, great value for money.
This catering is amazing . Matthew and Emily done an amazing service for my Sons wedding .
