Neptune Bars

Mat from Neptune Bars helped make our wedding Happily Ever After party a great success. I was planning the event from the USA so all our correspondence was via email. Mat always replied quickly and was very easy to communicate with. I wanted certain glasses for the toast and he was able to source these for me at a very reasonable price. He arrived in good time to set up his well stocked bar and then quickly cleared up at the end of the evening. I had many compliments throughout the evening on the brilliant bar. Mat and his staff could not do enough to make sure everything ran smoothly and I would not hesitate in recommending him for your next event. Thanks Mat, much appreciated.

Wasn’t made clear that the bar wouldn’t take its rubbish away with them. Also guests heard staff complaining that not enough people were drinking hard liquor (not making them enough money). Owner also asked what our favourite drinks were and then didn’t bring the brides favourite

Mat provided our hire bar for our wedding reception on 13/11/21 and we couldn't have asked for better. From the moment we booked in with Mat, it was clear he is a professional and is very knowledgeable about all things bar related. We had made a few enquiries with other hire bars before coming across Neptune Bars and in comparison to what others could offer, Neptune were by far the best for value, professionalism and overall customer service. Mat couldn't be more helpful with any requests we had and he had some lovely touches to his business, such as providing free soft drinks for the children, which all of our friends and family were super impressed with and grateful for. Mat was super responsive when contacting him and he is so personable. He met with us a few days before the reception to introduce himself and go through any special requests we had. The moment we left our meeting with him, my husband and I agreed we felt we were in excellent hands and that proved to be the case on the night too. Thank you very much Mat, you helped make our wedding celebrations so special and we'll be recommending you to anyone and everyone!
