Neptune Bars are a new event bars business set up by Mat Butler, who has had over 20 years experience in bar and restaurant management.
We can set up bars in village halls, marquees, or in private homes for any type of event, regardless of size.
We can provide bars for weddings, private parties and corporate events.
Neptune Bars have free standing Black, White or Clear Varnished bars for your event, but we can also supply LED and stainless steel bars for an additional fee, subject to the size of event.
We predominately work across Kent, but will travel further afield for larger events. We do not charge a fee to hire our bars, although this will depend on the number of guests.
We offer full pay bars or you can place a pre agreed sum behind the bar for your guests. We accept cash and debit/credit cards on all of our bars.
When booking with Neptune Bars, we arrive at your venue with full refrigeration, large stocks of beers, spirits, and soft drinks, set up the bar and run the whole event for you. Our staff will serve your guests for the time period you requested, providing all glassware, ice, garnishes etc to make your event a memorable one. At the end of the party, we will remove all of our waste from the site, leaving it as clean as it was when we arrived.
Neptune Bars will take care of all the legal requirements, including licenses and are fully insured against most eventualities.
We do request a £25 booking fee, which guarantees you the date of your choice and provides for the alcohol license.

FAQs
How does the open bar work?
Clients can select a pre agreed limit for their guests and we will run the bar until that spend level is reached, then revert to a standard pay bar. Client's can increase the limit at any time during the event.
