Unfortunately the caterers were involved in an accident on the m25. This resulted in them bringing 4 trays of tepid/ cold food, some salad bowls and sauces. The lamb Just about fed the 39 people despite ordering for 50. Chicken skewers were just drumsticks. Just paper plates and wooden forks and all an hour and a half late. The key disappointment was the show stopping presentation and cooking spit roast marquee scene were entirely absent. Awaiting response from the caterers as to a suitable level of compensation, which should be 100% if it's an insurance job. Please do not publish until a resolution has been reached. Nick

Thank you so much for catering at the doggy daycare client party. Food was fantastic, great selection and was gorgeous. All the clients would like to thank you for the fantastic food. Nothing was to much trouble, with great friendly service. Do not look any further, these guys are highly recommended, and I will use again. Thank you for everything

Awful experience. We requested to postpone due to a family emergency to which they agreed to refund instead having understood the situation. 9 months on and they've refused to issue the refund nor would allow us to reschedule the event. They advised us to confirm the booking with PopTop to release the deposit so they could refund it but actually just retained it and left us without. Now we've lost the £600 deposit and didn't get to rebook. They've led us on for months pretending they would pay. Would be very weary of any agreements with them outside of PopTop.

Amazing roger and his wife where outstanding, catered for 45 guests everybody loved the food all fresh and homemade a lovely spread was so much better than expected. Roger set up before guests arrived and We was so pleased with everything would highly recommend.
