Fantastic service, bought as a birthday present for my sister. She said it was delicious. Simone from Rustique kept in touch throughout and Sent me photos of the afternoon tea all boxed up before she delivered it. Highly recommended.

I ordered an afternoon tea as a birthday treat for my daughter. Simone very kindly substituted two of the cheese board portions for extra chocolate cupcakes. The entire spread was amazing (the sausage rolls were particularly good!). We actually couldn’t finish it all in one go - but that meant we could have scones for breakfast - win win!

I usually stick to places or companies I know or friends & family recommend, so was a little anxious of using a new service. However, was thrilled with the outcome. The process was not complicated, Rustique communicated & answered any questions I had. They took a picture of what I purchased & e-mailed it to me. Loved that the dispatch & delivery was next day from when I ordered, so very quick turn around considering produce is made fresh on the day & they were 25 miles away from the desired destination. My mum loved the afternoon tea & also sent me pictures & it looked exactly as the picture on Poptop, so very happy.

Importantly, the pictures are 100% accurate. They communicated well, did everything exactly as asked, let me know when they were on their way and even sent pictures of the food in the box.

I ordered an afternoon tea for my friends as they were supposed to be getting married and the hamper arrived on time with a personal note I was able to get them to include. My friends said the quiches and sausage rolls were particularly good, but then proceeded to list everything in the box and tell me how delicious it all was! Money well spent, thank you!

From the presentation to the quality of the food, it was beyond what we expected. The food was so unbelievably fresh and the flavours were amazing. It has to be one of the best tasting afternoon teas I have ever had. Sometimes I find that the bread can be a bit dry, from exposure, but this was not an issue at all. The sandwiches also came with sausage rolls and mini-quiches. So delicious. My husband loves the savoury side of an afternoon tea, so appreciated the extra course of cheese. I would not hesitate to refer the company to my friends and also use their services again. The communication leading up to the event was also excellent and I never worried about the product no showing up. Absolutely amazing customer service from this local service. Thank you very much for making our day so special.

Ordered an afternoon tea for my Nan’s birthday. Simone was really responsive to our emails and was able to meet all of our requirements. The delivery was excellent. They were able to deliver to the door of my Nan’s flat in a tower block, which was really appreciated and definitely went the extra mile. The presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious! Simone and Bradshaw were amazingly helpful in the build up to my event. Bradshaw came up with a menu that catered for all guests and they stuck to the budget. On the day their team were super friendly, very helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. I have booked them again for my event this year!

Contact was excellent and adapted menu slightly. Would have been nice to be able to pick options from a menu for variety. Pricey for what your get, rolls were slightly hard. Presentation was excellent.
