We are two brothers who live and have grown up in the Newbury area. Late last year we decided to put the experience we had gained working in the food and beverage industry into our own business. We have both worked in ski chalets and restaurant both in the UK and abroad.
The food that we serve in our van is crafted with ingredients sourced from local business and produced from ethical and sustainable stand point. Our name Leaf or Sizzle refers to the our menu; we serve wholesome heatlhy oriental salads and meat dishes such as our gourmet homemade burgers, ribeye steak ciabatta, lamb kofta in pita and fish tacos.
- Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?We have a main menu but our van is well equipped to cook for many different styles of food.
We can cook normal, veggie and vegan dishes for up to 250 people. we can supply our own power and water and collect all the waste that is left from disposable paper trays, napkins, etc.
