Do you offer a venue for the banquet?
No, we don't specifically offer any venues, although we are the chosen supplier for certain venues.
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
No, we prepare off site same day and arrive and serve it all freshly made from our lovingly converted horse box.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
Soft shell tacos, Nachos (loaded or plain) and bao buns
Do you offer special menus?
Yes, we work with our clients where necessary to conjure up the perfect menu.
