Konoba is an independent caterer based in Manchester. Kate trained at the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School before founding Konoba in 2019, pooling her restaurant, chalet hosting and street food experience to create a business centred around good food and a keen focus on using organic, local and seasonal produce.

Contact with the provider was first class. Food was delivered on time and was excellent. Our only concern was that the labelling on gluten free options was unclear on the day and caused confusion and uncertainty.
This wouldn't stop us using the same services in the future.

Kate recently catered a small family 40th birthday at my home. We had gone through a unexpected emotional/personal situation and Kate handled it all with the greatest empathy and respect, whilst producing some amazing food for everyone. We have some dietary issues within our family and Kate covered every angle for us. She managed to make the evening feel very special for us, as well as leaving my kitchen pristine, with everything cleared away etc. Would certainly recommend not only Kate's food, but her professionalism, calm approach and friendliness without being intrusive. Sadly, due to Covid restrictions Kate could not come and cook for us at home. Instead, she prepared all the food and delivered it to our door. We simply heated and enjoyed it.
The food was absolutely spot on. Delicious!! There was also enough to enjoy the next day too 😁.
Will be contacting Kate to set up something when restrictions are relaxed.
