With 10 years of experience as a freelance illustrator I am regularly commissioned to draw caricatures at events including a wedding at the V & A and Southampton Football Stadium as well as numerous corporate and social events. My traditionally drawn caricatures are combined with my humorous nature, I love to engage with the guests and make sure they have a great time!

• July 13, 2019James recently drew caricatures at our wedding. He arrived on time and got stuck in straight away. The guests loved the idea of having this at a wedding and it a great fun idea for your guests to have something to take away from the wedding.
- How long is the act?My usual booking time is between 2-3 hours but I am happy to be booked for longer times as required.
- Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?I bring all my own materials to your event but would request a well lit space and an area for the subject to sit if possible. This always gets the best results!
- How do you produce your work?I produce hand-drawn original caricature artworks for everyone that wants one at your event. I work in pencils and pens on A4 sized cartridge paper. I always try and get a sense of the people I'm drawing so have a good chat to get their personalities across in the artwork.
