I am a fully qualified chef with 25 years experience in the industry. I am Royal Navy trained and finished my time as a cookery trainer/instructor for the RN. I have experience in NVQ external and internal verification for college assessments. I have worked as operations manager at Nuffield Hospitals and Food and Beverage Manager at St. Mellion International Resort.
