GG's Garden Bar

GG's Garden Bar is a converted Rice trailer with a triple fridge, hot and cold running water, lights and mains and generator connections and two bar areas. She can be dressed up or down to suit your theme, The measurements are height 2m 54cm, length 2m 88cm (extra 1m 50cm for tow hitch and tailgate ramp) and width 1m 54cm. We hold a Personal Alcohol Licence, are PAT registered and fully insured. TENs licence is included. Our booking fee for a pre-paid bar is £250 which includes 2 bar staff and plastic, reusable glasses (very attractive!) Proper glasses are an extra charge. We can put together a bar list to suit you with any local beers or spirits you would like. We have attached a sample bar list but prices may fluctuate due to supply. We do have a minimum spend but can discuss. Also attached are some references, please do call with any queries as we are very flexible and happy to discuss different options.

Our dry hire option means that we supply the decorated bar and staff and you supply all the glasses, drinks, mixers and accompaniments that you would like served. Our fee for a dry hire bar is £350 for the day and we charge between £10 and £15 per member of staff. We would recommend at least 2 depending on the type of service you would like.
