Established in 2015, Freddies is "The best West Midlands Catering Company" according to our customers. Freddies is based just outside of Stratford Upon Avon. Our vintage catering trailer allows us to operate far and wide, we offer a large menu to pick all your favourites from. We specialise in traditional Beef Burgers, Hot Dogs, Pig Roasts.... - Hog Roasts
All our hogs are Free Range and packed with flavour, they are cooked for approximately eight hours, so the meat is succulent and tender… guaranteed to fall off the bone! We can provide a full service from chefs, carvers and waiting staff. Whats available?

Very popular for summer garden parties and weddings, our BBQ service is perfect for hungry guests! What's included? We offer:
Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken Skewers, Lamb Skewers, Minute Steaks, Pork Joints, Salmon, Veggie Burgers, Potato Salad, Green Salad, Italian Pasta & more on request. With sides including Flour Baps, Brioche Buns, Grilled Onions, Sauces, Cheese, Bacon, Stuffing, Gravy & Roast/Jacket Potatoes!
- Vintage Catering Trailer
More for public events, our vintage catering trailer is designed to cook a variety of food, but we mainly use it to rustle up burgers and hot dogs. We use the finest meat sourced from our local butcher.
Along with hot food, we offer lots of optional toppings such as mixed cheese, crispy onions, variety of sauces and crunchy lettuce. The trailer is also used as a station to serve hot and cold drinks (including our luxury hot chocolate!)
-Cold Buffet
Our scrumptious buffet food is fantastic for any indoor event, function and celebration. Our buffet is laid out for guests to grab a plate and help themselves to whatever they fancy. We provide buffets for a minimum of 15 people and prices start from as low as £4 per person! We offer a large range of mouth-watering food to choose from such as:
Ham & Salad Sandwiches, Cheese Sandwiches, Tuna & Mayo Sandwiches, Cold Pizza, Variety of Crisps, Cocktail Sausages, Mini Scotch Eggs, Cole Slaw, Green Bistro Salad, Fresh Potato Salad, Italian Pasta, Quiches, Breadsticks, Dips and Mini Muffins... AND MORE!
-Children's Party Food
We know how important your child's party is, so we promise to take of all the food, making the party a lot less stressful! We can either provide the food in individual boxes, or on buffet trays.Prices depend on location and number of children.
We provide a wide selection of food including:
Ham and Cheese Sandwiches on White & Brown bread without the crusts, Ham and Cheese Wraps, Variety of crisps (Hula hoops, Wotsits, Salted Crisps), Mini Sausage Rolls, Party Sausages, Pizza Slices, Breadsticks, Fruit Sticks, Mini Muffins, Cookies and Jelly Pots.
-Luxury Desserts
Our Luxury Desserts are made with love and are perfect for all events, Prices depend on what dessert you require and for how many people you would like us to cater for. We offer Whipped Cream & Single Cream with all our desserts. We recommend ordering a variety of desserts so guests have a good choice to indulge! What we offer:
