Ed was responsive to changing the menu slightly and providing a couple of salads (although I expected a green salad not oranges!). He arrived early with Darcy and is very personable and friendly. The food appeared exactly on time with sufficient for the 11 of us. The tapas were excellent, as were the paellas - one veggie and one normal. Ed, as requested, provided 2 desserts - a rhubarb and ginger cheesecake and a melt in the middle chocolate with cream - both delicious. As I had had a back operation the week before, Ed's cooking meant that I could entertain my family with no action on my part at all in order to celebrate my 80th birthday in advance.

Ed made us some delicious dinner in the comfort of our home. It’s been a good couple of years since we last had a proper meal thanks to our adorable baby’s arrival. Thanks to Ed who was very flexible with our schedule that makes our birthday dinner special. Ed is also very passionate about his work with different cuisine. Look forward to get him over for other special occasions in the future.

Ed arrived exactly when he said he would. He was really friendly and accommodating and remained so despite working in 32+ degree heat . The food was really delicious, served to our schedule and Ed took the time to explain each dish with care. When we were all very full Ed cleaned the kitchen and you would never known he'd been with us. It was such a fabulous evening, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ed. Thanks so much
