Fat Breads is an eastern inspired pop-up street food trader, serving dishes such as chicken shawarma, Persian lamb kofta, falafel and Lebanese spiced aubergine, in a flat bread served with salad, chilli and garlic sauce, &/or yogurt and mint sauce, all from a 3x3 gazebo. Desserts also available.
All dietary requirements catered for, including gluten-free / dairy-free, vegan, etc...
As a trained chef, with over twenty years experience, in a variety of restaurants, and hotels, alongside corporate and private catering, on a large and small scale, I am able to personalise any menu, as required by the client.
