The Gin Engine offers an extensive range of Gin's from classic G&T's to modern flavoured favourites. We also provide a full service bar in addition to our Gins.
We pride ourselves in offering a flexible excellent personal service which we can tailor to your individual needs. We are happy to attend organised events as well as help at bespoke celebrations.
We are a mother and daughter team who love a social get together. We were inspired to launch this business together through the wide variety of gins that we have collected over time and would like to share with others.

• July 14, 2018Jennifer and Joanna from Engine Gin Bar were the ultimate mother daughter team that ran a great bar out of their very cool converted horse box. They had a huge job to run an open bar with a concise summer cocktail menu, knowing which wines or ales were paired with each course and keeping guests filled and happy. Their attitude was great and they worked hard to keep the liquid flowing. The bar was quite a feature of the event and was dressed perfectly for the vintage summer garden party style we wanted to achieve (including Jennifer's own artwork making the chalk board sign with the menu displayed beautifully). Many guests raved about the bar and congregated there lot for drinks and mingling. Jennifer and Joanna picked up our recipes for summer cocktails including The Hugo (a gin, elderflower and prossecco spritz), Lychee Martini Fizz, and made a good Pimms with all the trimmings. They were flexible to provide a dry bar and picked up all the ice needed, and we provided all the stock, free glass hire from Majestic wines and skip bins for icing drinks. I would hire them again and recommend Engine Gin Bar for any event. It was really fun having this style!

What services do you offer?
We offer private bar hire for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, festivals, country fairs and more. We have individual packages to suit your event some of which are listed below: Cash Bar: A cash bar is simple in the fact you hire our services and guests pay for their own drinks throughout the event. Open Bar: A open bar is for those who are feeling generous and wanting to treat their guests. Complementary Bar: A complimentary bar is for those who want their guests to have there first few drinks on them. This can be done several ways one of which is supplying your guests with a token to take to the bar. Alternatively you can arrange to pay for a set amount of drinks and once these have gone the bar will become a open bar.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes, please contact us and we can talk through bespoke menu options. You can find some of our most popular choices below. Long drinks: English Garden - A delightful mix of all things English; gin, pressed apple juice & elderflower over ice, finished with cucumber. Orchard crumble – Gin with all the fruits of the Great British orchard; apple, plum, damson and blackberry juices, hard shaken with some vanilla, cinnamon and a lemon twist. Aperol Spritz – This simple Italian cocktail is THE drink of summer. Aperol is an Italian aperitif similar to Campari but sweeter in taste. Perfect for summer evenings. R & R Collins - You can't beat a classic combination like raspberry and rhubarb. The fruit syrup replaces the sugar in a traditional Tom Collins drink; gin and soda water round out the punch. Flavoured Gin & Tonic's: Pomegranate Grapefruit and orange Cucumber and lime Elderflower Martini's: Pornstar Martini - The sweet vanilla vodka flavours are balanced by the sharpness of the passionfruit and is complemented by a shot of prosecco on the side. Espresso Martini - Our own cold brew coffee shaken with vanilla vodka. Guaranteed to put the spring back in your step. Classic Gin Martini - The martini is a cocktail made with gin and vermouth, and garnished with an olive or a lemon twist. Welcome drinks Prosecco Pimms
