We are a small family business, established by myself and my wife. I have been a chef for over 30 years and the love of producing the finest food from the freshest of ingredients has propelled me into owning several successful catering businesses. Dough To Go was born out of that enthusiasm and passion for food.
Wherever possible, we source all of our ingredients locally and our pizza oven is fuelled by wood from a locally managed and sustainable supplier.
We are based in Bridgend, South Wales. We are regularly at Pembrokeshire, Swansea, Cardiff and Bristol and generally cater to events within a 100-mile radius.
Sourcing fresh, local produce, we ensure that every pizza we make is packed full of flavour. Using a large professional traditional Italian pizza oven, we can hand make and cook your pizza to order within minutes.
