Dine indulge were very responsive to my queries when arranging the menu, and were able to cater a mixed group of meat eaters and vegetarians, and a guest with diabetes. Gianluca was the chef we were allocated and he was fantastic - super friendly, excellent at describing the food we had for each course and he left the kitchen absolutely spotless at the end.

From start to finish the process was so easy. We had a few people in the group with food allergies and we were given a really good variety of different options to choose from to cater to those. The food tasted amazing and it was presented beautifully and our chef was so friendly, attentive and professional. Would definitely use this service again

The evening was very successful. Both the chef and server were excellent and left the kitchen space in perfect order. The only small criticism (and it is only small) would be that the plates used to serve the food were not always warm, and so the food wasn't as warm as it could have been on a couple of occasions. As I said, only a small negative comment on what was a hugely enjoyable event

Lewis was absolutely brilliant! He was really easy to get on with, every course was incredible and he even served the food and cleared the plates! It was a wonderful experience and I'd definitely use Dineindulge and Poptop again.

Our Chef, Lewis was spot on, explained what he was cooking, also when it would be ready.
He explained what each dish was, and if spicy or not.
Food was amazing, everyone in our party really enjoyed the experience.

The menu was exactly as listed but with a few tweaks the chef did to make it his own. The overall experience was perfect- Andy our chef was great. Very professional and friendly as well as being able to cope with the air B and B kitchen set up and the fact that he was basically cooking in front of us for the whole night.
We've already said we would use the service again and we're looking forward to picking the option for the menu.

Phillip was a wonderful chef. The food was marvellous and incredibly tasty. Dineindulge adapted to meet our different dietary requirements and were very quick at communicating and explaining the different options available to us. We all had a wonderful evening and would highly recommend it.

Sam, the chef who is also a director of the company was amazing. He really pushed the boat out for us and made every course special. He was also so willing and accommodating in everything in the kitchen and helpful and left the place beautifully tidy for us. It was a no brainer to book this event with your company and we’re ever so grateful for how special Sam made it.

Booking process was easy and clear. A couple of days before the event, comms were sent to make sure we were prepped eg leave 2 shelves in the fridge for the chef, chef arrival time, tipping etiquette etc. customer service was quick to respond to any questions. On the day, chef called beforehand to check if we had any questions, they arrived on time with all the ingredients and left leaving the kitchen spotless. During the night the service was top, they used the tools in the kitchen freely so not to disturb us.

Adam was incredible - he gave us just the best meal for our hen do and every course was delicious and brought at perfect timings. He was just brilliant

The booking was very smooth and simple. The menus and pricing were very clearly laid out so you felt comfortable that all was above board. The chef turned up exactly on time and the food was cooked and presented beautifully and all the washing up was done so the kitchen was perfect when she left. Although we only bought an entry level package, it felt very special and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It measured up very well against faffing with taxis or minibuses in our rural location and the cost of a restaurant meal. We shall use them again.

Would definitely do this again. The chef was friendly, thorough and the food was fantastic.

Excellent value for money but slightly too fast, the whole meal was completed in an hour, I would prefer some time between courses.

We had a fantastic dinner cooked by Chef Sam - the food was all absolutely delicious and he was great to work with - very friendly and left the kitchen sparkling! We'd definitely book him again next time we're down!

We hired Andy for my wife’s birthday at an amazing Air BNB in Cornwall. He was punctual, very professional and very friendly. He was happy to take pictures for us and with us. Thank you so much for making the day so special Andy. We were all still full the next morning for breakfast.

We chose to have the 9 course tasting menu as a special family dinner celebration treat. It was different to anything we've done before but we were so glad we did it as it was such a unique experience that we will all remember.
Our chef Susan was very professional and friendly and the food she made was so tasty. Portion sizes were perfect and the combinations of flavours delicious!

I was so impressed with the two ladies that attended, the food was outstanding, we cleared all plates, they made us feel at ease in our home as thought it may be awkward eating in front of someone that just made it but it wasn’t I put our 3 kids to bed, got changed & could then enjoy a gorgeous meal with my hubby in piece. The two ladies were so polite, they explained each dish nicely & cleaned my kitchen at end & even left me some for fridge. Highly recommend amazing service 5 stars! Xxx

Great communication with Dineindulge throughout our booking and a lovely meal prepared by the private chef for my friends hen do. We were waited on throughout each course with the added bonus of the washing up being done was amazing! 5 star service for an in-house chef.

We ordered the wine pairing to go with our meal yet we didn't receive anything to tell us what wine went which meal. The chef made a guess but he said this should of been provided.

Fantastic meal and service provided throughout. I was quite late in booking the meal, and therefore slightly delayed in finalising the payment and menu choices. The customer service team were very accommodating.
On the night our chef, Mark, was very professional and served us up a delicious 5-course meal for 6 people, none of us left a morsel! The kitchen was left spotless, and we had a great evening. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use the service again in the future.

Really great experience, very responsive and adaptive to allergies. On the day, came right on time and food was delicious. Wish it was a little warmer but there were a lot of us. Really realible, good food and worth the money. Would definitely use again! Thanks

I’m impressed with the service of the company.
The quality of food wasn’t great.
The starter was very good.
A risotto for main was not cooked and lacked the creaminess a risotto should have. Lacked seasoning and Parmesan.
A chocolate brownie for desert that tasted nice but was too powdery.
I felt a basic menu such as this should have been executed to a higher standard.

The chef was a nice guy but the food wasn’t quite as good as we expected. Didn’t justify the price paid

Our chef was lovely, the food was delicious and we had an overall incredible experience!

Overall the service was good. The chef was friendly and her food tasted really really good and was well presented on the plate.

The downside however came after the event and when we went into the kitchen. The dishes had to be redone as they were not clean. The cooker had to be cleaned as it was dirty (oily and greasy). We later discovered that our spatula had partially melted, it must have been placed on a hot hob as one of the hobs has what looks like melted plastic on it. This was quite disappointing as cleaning up after is promoted heavily by Dineindulge.

Jerome was superb and the food was out of this world. Very different to what I expected as it was such great quality.

Food was fantastic, our chef Pete was unobtrusive and very polite. We had the 9 course dinner for 4, and all enjoyed every dish. A couple of points to improve and take the experience from a 4 to a 5: chef arrived half an hour late (no big deal for us on the day), and chef could have announced each dish as it came out - we had to rely on the online menu at times. Finally there were a few items on the menu that were not available - Pete explained what was different and it was due to wanting to give us the freshest ingredients - it all tasted great so we really didn’t mind. Overall would recommend.

Due to the primary chef contracting covid I had to rebook another company for that same week. Dineindulge were very responsive and were able to find another chef with only a few days till the event. It was booked as a 5 course taster with the menu confirmed prior to the event. Unfortunately what we received was only 4 courses and of this, not all of the menu ingredients were available for the chef to purchase. Our chef was very friendly and made the event enjoyable. My issue is more with the advertisement of a menu that was agreed and fully paid for in advance but was not deliverable. We did not get the dark chocolate delice & honeycomb & ginger & white chocolate mousse dessert, the crab ravioli was missing from the starter as well as a few other items listed in the menu.
I purposefully ensured all 7 guests had the same menu, to keep it as fuss free as possible, so this was a disappointment particularly as the confirmed menu had been sent to everyone bar the birthday man. This was a surprise 50th so it didn't go as perfectly as hoped. I would think those paying for the service would prefer to know beforehand if certain produce can not be sourced rather than finding out on the night, with possibly other options made available instead.

There was no real stuff cooked at home, everything was takeaway and very quick. Whole meal / event lasted 1h .. disappointed from the experience

Cancelled on week of event

Cancelled by Dineindulge. Deposit not yet refunded and despite copy emails to pop top you don’t seem to have acknowledged the cancellation!! Nor to be ready to return the deposit.

This event was cancelled 4 days before and I am still awaiting my deposit refund. Deeply disappointing

My event was cancelled by Dineindulge 3 days before the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our chef cancelled with less than 24 hours before the event so we ended up having take-away pizzas for our celebration. I wasn’t going to complain but you have asked me for a review and that is what happened. Dine Indulge have offered me £100 credit as compensation, which I am grateful for and will use. However, I would be reluctant to end up in the same position again. It could have been a disaster!

The chef was okay but the quality of the actual food was really poor, fillet steak was inedible and the cod was like a baby food also Inedible. The starter was cold overall very disappointed and wouldn’t use this service or recommend again.
