Growing up in the Northwest of England my passion for food has been a definitive part of my life from an early age. After qualify at Bournemouth college and moving into central London the opportunity to work with key plays in the industry such as Chef, Managers, and front of house staff, My skills and culinary expertise where honed to a fine art.
My career has spanned across almost 3 decades in the Private Chef and event catering Industry working in high end establishment across the U.K. consulting on major product as a cultural consultant as one of the leading specialist in African and West Indian cuisine based in the Northwest and Lancashire area of the UK.
I specialize in location based event catering for the African and Caribbean sector Catering for client request as little as 10 to a 1,000 covers at a large wedding or corporate event.
