Authentic Hand Rolled Wood-Fired Pizza from the back of a Converted Landrover Defender!.
At Cozy P's we dont try and over complicate things. We werent born in Naples.. BUT, we do use traditional San Mazarno tomatoes in our sauce, we do use great local ingredients and we do hand roll every single pizza to ensure air pockets bring blistering and an amazing chewy crust every time
We've spent the last year doing all sorts, indoors and outdoors!. Due to covid we had to diversify, so we set up a great pre-order take away service from the shepherds Dog pub car park in Harrogate, while also heading inside with an electric stone baked oven at Roosters brewery and a street eats food court. Since March we have been roaming the county serving great pizzas at equestrian events(Breckenbrough Horse trials), Ripon/Ilkley Markets, and even spent 4 days at the prestigious Chow Down in Leeds, which was awesome!!. We have a busy summer of events and parties already in our calendar but will always try and fit in more if we can!
We have built up a very strong team, as the customer experience and the service interaction is super important to Steve and Cozy P's. This is a guarantee every single time and with every single pizza!!
Clarence (our converted Land Rover), has a new beautiful blue Gazebo and sits proudly in any 5x5metre location, flaming up and giving you culinary theatre , an amazing and passionate service and darn tasty pizzas to boot!!
