Description
Our mission is to deliver the perfect salt beef and create a unique tasting experience of a traditional East End deli salt beef sandwich with Cotswold provenance. We pride on ourselves in using locally sourced ingredients; the beef is grass fed organic pedigree from the Cotswold’s. Our Salt Beef and pastrami are brined to a traditional family recipe, then cured and turned for seven days to ensure that every slice is enveloped in flavor. The beef is then cooked slowly for up to four hours before serving it fresh hot and piled high! This succulent beef is then wedged between a bagel or rye bread and topped with a delicious selection of our home made dressings

• Jan. 1, 2021Highly recommend!! We had a Reuby Max on rye and Traditional bagel this morning at their pop up at Corn Mill Yard today, and wow!! Both delicious, fresh, good quality and tasty, we will definitely be ordering again!! (We also had cakes and they were really good too!).

• May 16, 2020As a massive foodie I have to say ‘The Cotswold Salt Beef Company’ is an absolute delight not only the fabulous tasty bagels but the ladies who serve are wonderful. When ever I spot them at any food festival I start to salivate. It is business like these that deserve the full support of the community. Hard work and a delicious product.
