Experienced and talented private chef skilled at preparing professional meals for a variety of tastes. Be it corporate events, morning breakfast or brunch, relaxed Sunday roast, Christmas parties, simple family gatherings or any of the private parties, Marcus has done it all, tailoring to every guest’s minute needs. Chef Marcus believes the events need to be fun and generous as well as carefully planned and value driven. What motivates him is watching someone enjoy something that he has poured his soul into. No two clients are alike, Marcus truly understands that and loves to offer things unique to every party such as cooking one’s favourite dish to fine art or learning to cook a steak to different preferences. He has been trained by some of the best chefs in England including Marco Pierre White, at Rudloe Arms, Claridge's London, as well as at Reymond Blanc, Oxford or Matt Gillan, The Pass Restaurant and many more. All his experiences contributed to Marcus developing his own unique cooking style and he is able to incorporate the knowledge of many different cuisines and techniques in the menus he curates.
Working closely with some of the best suppliers in U.K sourcing all his menu ingredients. dishes are made with only the freshest, locally-sourced, high end ingredients. Marcus's menus linked between taste & well-being, to keep them fresh and excited he is tweaking menu's according to the seasons. You can be certain that you’re receiving the specialist care of expert in his field, no matter which of his private services you opt for. The serving dishes will affect a lot the quality of his set-up. To ensure optimum quality,he is able to provide for you his own serving plates.

• May 21, 2022The first Chef we booked let us down only a couple of months before the event which was really disappointing. However, lucky for us we managed to get Marcus. He was so organised, flexible and friendly from start to finish. He really couldn’t do enough and worked his socks off. Everyone was really impressed with Marcus and the food he provided. I would definitely recommend!

• April 16, 2022I booked a dinner party for nine and everyone was very impressed with all three courses. It was much easier and more fun than going out for dinner, for a similar price. Mariusz was delightful, very professional and served delicious food. He communicated clearly throughout and was very flexible in changing dishes to suit a dietary requirement. I would use him again and thoroughly recommend him to others.

• Sept. 9, 2024Marcus was great and came all the way from Bath to Penarth to cook for my step fathers birthday. Despite me booking this last minute my parents had a wonderful time. They loved the food and loved him. He was prompt , polite and more importantly they loved the food. My mother had allergies which he catered for gracefully. Really highly recommended.

Chef Marcus did a great job at making the evening an enjoyable and unforgettable one with his culinary skills and conversation throughout the experience. Chef Marcus also accommodated for be described as the best panna cotta in the world!!! Would 100% recommend booking Chef Marcus 😊

• Aug. 20, 2024This was our first experience having meal cooked by a private chef and it was a truly magical experience. Not only was the food a delight, the chef himself was so passionate about the food and worked really hard to make us feel special. We felt so comfortable (we were a bit nervous that it would be pretentious) but Marcus was really down to Earth and showed a sincere interest in our experience being the best it could be. We will definitely be booking a private chef again!

• Dec. 25, 2022Our family preparation for Christmas included the discovery that no one wanted to cook or clean our "big" meal. It was either going to be the unhappy short-straw holder, or we would chip in for a private chef. Fortunately, we chose the latter and discovered Marcus. He is a far better chef than we could dream of being, a wonderfully cheerful and humble man and as serious about his profession (communicated well, left the kitchen spotless) as could be expected for someone with his track record. The food Marcus prepared was wonderful, all locally sourced and excellent value. He managed our preferences and allergies, even throwing in some surprises for the children. We won't hesitate to book him again
