Molly is a multi-award winning with 13 years of experience at age just 25. She is the youngest, and so far only, female recipient of the Oliver Award for 'Best Chef'. Molly gained the bulk of her experience in a well known French bistro, working up to Head chef, before venturing to work across the North in two AA Rosette restaurants.
byMölly's private chef hire offers menu to suit everything from intimate date nights, to family gatherings and even large scale events.
Molly and Charlotte arrived and swiftly unpacked their things, we were told to sit back and relax, things happened quickly and seamlessly and shortly after their arrival Charlotte called us through to the table.
The spring rolls were delicious as was the dip, steak for the next course came beautifully plated and also tasting delicious with a glorious peppercorn sauce, we chose the sticky toffee pudding and the creme brûlée for our dessert which just about finished us off.
Molly introduced each course and asked if anyone had any questions.
The service was perfect as was the cooking, all looking very effortless, everything was washed and put away, the kitchen was left spotless and we were left very very pleased.
I would ONE HUNDRED PERCENT RECOMMEND Molly and Charlotte.

Recommending the girls Molly and Charlotte will be easy! They provided us with an amazing evening, couldn’t have asked for nicer people to invite into our home. The food was incredible and specially designed to fit my partners taste but also for a dairy free guest (who said the dessert was the best dairy free one she had ever eaten!) Also helped that they love dogs because our cocker was under their feet all evening 😂

Well what can I say….. absolutely amazing.
I organised my mums 60th birthday party that we were having in the garden at home. We had molly doing the bbq for 70 guests and we had Charlotte hosting the cocktail bar also! The food was amazing and the cocktails were delicious. The whole setup was incredible and we all thoroughly enjoyed every second. Thankyou to you all for making my mums party the best! We cannot wait to have you again soon x

And the food ……!!! we have 3 courses plus canapés and it was STUNNING - my personal fave was the Lobster tail tagliatelle with thai spices 🤤

Such an awesome experience! Had ByMolly to cater for 6 for a 30th birthday celebration and now couldn’t recommend highly enough. The food was incredible (especially the beef short rib), the team are so professional and friendly & they left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived..!

Could not recommend these lovely ladies more if I tried. From the moment I contacted byMolly, until the end of the most wonderful evening, the service we received was top notch.
We hired byMolly for their private chef evenings and it was by far one of the best meals we have EVER had. The table decorations were beautiful, the menu was so personal, the girls were all so lovely and the food was INCREDIBLE. The team were all so kind and easy to talk to, answering all of our crazy questions and they even got my wife a bottle of wine and a card for her birthday which was such a kind additional touch. Not only did they give us the best food we’ve had in a long time, they made the whole evening perfect and my kitchen has never been cleaner, we would and will be booking them again as soon as we can!

We had the best experience with ByMolly for my hen do where they created us a private dining menu and made us cocktails! The team couldn’t have been more helpful, the service was very special and the food and cocktails were amazing! My bridesmaids organised everything so I wasn’t involved in the lead up but they said how accommodating Molly and Charlotte were in getting everything planned!
