Our crew team and management staff have a passion and drive to ensure that we met your needs and requirements. With a second to none personal service, you can be assured that from the moment we receive your information a member of our team will stay with you till the end.
Our teams and crews are made up of
Road Crew - For delivery set up and pull down
Stage Crew - They ensure that the stage is managed and that equipment is moved and placed to your requirements, they also fix and replace fixtures
Stage Management team - These guys and Girls ensure that all requirements are met and that acts and equipment are correct, on time, in place, and that the show will continue.
Sound and Lighting crew - The people that you don't see but make the whole show sound and look great, they also give advice for plug and play systems
Wedding & Event Planning Team - If you have an event, party or wedding these are the people you want on your side, they are great at getting what is needed done and ensure that a great event or party is planned. They will stick with you from start to finish and do all the leg work required with a folder full of contacts to ensure that everything can be found and supplied including safety requirements. You also get regular teams calls and will have a dedicated manager throughout who is contactable at any time. Even if you have a little task or a big task they will always give 1001%
We also have a team of entertainers, DJs, and compares available if required.

How long do you need to set up?
This can vary from event to event, mainly depends on what you need, but as a guide a bouncy castle takes 20 mins because we like to make sure it is placed in the suitable area for you and always ensure a good walk round is done before we leave
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
This is a must we carry full insurance liability, however if your Dry hiring meaning your hiring a bouncy castle etc we strongly recommend you take out insurance to cover your party.
Are you DBS checked?
All our staff are DBS checked and vetted, we also train all our staff in first aid.
Do you limit the number of children that we can invite to our child's Birthday party?
We don't have a limit to number of guests, however some of our units do have maximum allowed persons on at any one time. We will explain this to you when we deliver.
