Pat was great to work with and he also made a night to remember with delicious food that he setup and let us have at our own pace. The only thing was a few of the details on the original booking page weren't accurate, like 30 mins before (needed 2 hours) and some other items. With that being said, would definitely recommend and book again if needed

The hog roast for our wedding celebration was excellent. Nik was very helpful and provided meat alternative and gluten free options. He arrived promptly at the venue and set up without issue or fuss. The food was really delicious, fresh and plenty of it! Nik served all guests and tidied away - in fact I didn't even notice he had left as there was no trace which was very impressive. The hog roast worked extremely well. Everything was very professional and the staff were both efficient and friendly. There were many glowing comments from guests on the quality of the whole outfit and on how succulent the meat was. Apparently it had been slow roasted since early morning then brought to us and finished here for an hour and a half, which gave us excellent crackling. Generous quantity too. Highly recommended.

The Palate Box provided everything we wanted for the most fantastic birthday party. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was - we went for the ribeye, sea bass Niçoise salad and the halloumi option. Rob was kind enough to cater for both vegan and gluten free guests. The desserts were to die for - not a crumb was left! Rob provided all the crockery and cutlery and cleared everything up afterwards - totally stress-free …
