Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

"We booked Essence Event Bars for my partners 30th. I was so happy with the outcome. The bar is amazing and Jamie and his wife are brilliant and very friendly. My guests haven't stopped ranting and raving about what a great idea it was and the selection of cocktails they had to offer went down a treat. Pat was great to work with and he also made a night to remember with delicious food that he setup and let us have at our own pace. The only thing was a few of the details on the original booking page weren't accurate, like 30 mins before (needed 2 hours) and some other items. With that being said, would definitely recommend and book again if needed

Amazing service and superb Hog Roast! My retirement do at school for nearly 100 staff was fantastic - Tom Piper catered for everyone’s tastes - down to a personal level. My vegetarian colleagues were as full up and my carnivores. David and Ben were ready on the dot for service and there was enough for some seconds for our PE Hungry Horaces. The food was absolutely delicious and the set up looked fantastic - exactly what we were hoping for. Staff were extremely helpful on the night and needless to say all our guests commented on how wonderful the food was. We hired the ice cream cart too which was equally good.

"Five Catering were fab! Turned up in good time to get stuff ready and the food was tasty with a great selection for a decent price. We had more than enough food for the people and they also brought all the plates, cutlery, condiments etc so we were very very happy with the service they provided. (P.S. The service from Oink Oink BBQ was exceptional. The pork was the best pork I have ever tasted and all our guest were raving about it. The crackling was out of this world.
