The roast comes with staff to supervise the operation, carve & serve the meat. Our spit machine is on wheels so getting to the tricky areas is not a problem. Meat takes between 8-10 hours of cooking time, we cook the meat on our premises and leave the last hour for your event, so you and guests can see the spit Roast being cooked before placing it on the top of the roast machine for the carving, which is always the focal point and gives the wow factor to any event.

The food was absolutely delicious and the set up looked fantastic - exactly what we were hoping for. Staff were extremely helpful on the night and needless to say all our guests commented on how wonderful the food was. We hired the ice cream cart too which was equally good.

The hog roast for our wedding celebration was excellent. Nik was very helpful and provided meat alternative and gluten free options. He arrived promptly at the venue and set up without issue or fuss.
