CTP Party are a Children’s Event Management company. We have 22 Years experience in the Children’s Parties and Events industry and are renowned for our unique and creative entertainment style, bespoke kids party themes and delivering excellent service from start to finish.
Established in Hampshire in 1995, CTP Party currently has 3 offices covering the Berkshire, Hampshire & Bristol areas however we do travel to other areas of the UK.
CTP Party are happy to help clients plan kids birthday parties or events, include any special requests the children might have and make sure the party is memorable and something really special. We can supply entertainers for your kids birthday party or simply help with ideas for your themed kids birthday party.

FAQs
How long do you need to set up?
We are a remote team of entertainers so we can use 10 mins to wheel in our equipment and get started or we can come in once the children are in the room and start straight away.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes
What experience do you have working with children?
We have 22 years experience in the children's events industry and have hosted parties and events for lots of corporate companies as well as VIP's! All our party entertainers are trained by us and work with us on a week by week basis. We have team members for up to 6 years sometimes working every weekend so we look after our team.
Are you DBS checked?
All our team are DS checked. You can only be DBS checked in 2018 if you are left alone with children (i.e. a Nanny/Teacher) our team should not be left at a party with the children. An adult is needed on site at all times but yes we do a DS check and we ask our team for references.
Do you limit the number of children that we can invite to our child's Birthday party?
We have a limit of 30 kids for 1 entertainer. If you go over this amount, we charge for a 2nd or 3rd entertainer. Depending on where you live, we can do this for an additional £60 per hour. Please ask for more info.
