We have a wide repertoire of tunes and dances and can provide either a traditional Scottish ceilidh with all the best-known dances such as Strip The Willow, Dashing White Sergeant, Gay Gordons, etc. or we can play a more English-style ceilidh or barn dance, with festival favourites such as The Willow Tree, Cornish Six Hand Reel and Nottingham Swing, as well as dozens of rarer ones for the discerning ceilidh enthusiast. Our sincere thanks to D'Arcy Spice for a great evening. The feedback we have had from all our guests was that they enjoyed the evening very much. The music was excellent and Polly did a great job with the "Calling", guiding us through a variety of interesting and amusing dances! So, highly recommended!

We hired Spill The Whisky for our wedding and could not recommend them more. Debby was a fantastic caller and got all of our guests up and dancing even when the aircon broke! None of us had any particular ceilidh experience but that didn't matter at all. We had so many compliments from our guests who had an amazing time and we all had so much fun!

"We were delighted with Amycrofters, whom we had booked to play music (inluding Scottish country Dance tunes) at the wedding of Michael Paice and Vicky Newton. (Michael is Margaret's son.) There was to be no dancing - the music was to entertain guests during the period after the marriage ceremony while photographs were be taken and guests were able to mingle and talk to friends.
