Everything that we sell is handmade with love and care, our pulled pork is smoked and cooked for a total of 16 hours, before pulled and tossed in our home made Rum BBQ sauce, served on a home made sourdough focaccia bun with pickled coleslaw. All pulled pork buns are served with a side of skin on fries.
