They played different music accordingly, mimicking the reaction of the crowd, meaning everyone was up and dancing all night, just as we had hoped for. The band went above and beyond our expectations; during a meeting with Laura I happened to mention a few of our pre-booked guests had a real love for ABBA, to which Laura told me they didn’t cover ABBA but were willing to learn some just for us, and sure enough they did, and it was fabulous. The band also left us one of their CD’s with their original songs on them which we have played since in the pub and have had many people ask about the music. Over all, we were super grateful and impressed with Mia and the Moon, they created an amazing atmosphere that we couldn’t have achieved without them and made this New Year’s one of the Hotels most successful yet. We have had numerous customers thank us for such a great evening and a huge part of that was down to be band being as wonderful as they were. I would recommend Mia and the Moon to anyone looking for a unique cover band with an amazing style or for their even own music which is also fantastic, to create a great party atmosphere."""

Recent review: King Brasstards got our evening reception off to an immense start. They were a surprise to the rest of the wedding party and the entrance was phenomenal, as was the first dance song we'd requested. There were a couple of songs we hadn't requested, and they missed some that we had, but they were so brilliant that it really didn't matter - everyone was loving it and we had so many compliments on them afterwards too. The only constructive feedback I'd give is that it was quite hard to get a response in the planning and run-up period, but I know the band are incredibly busy and I clearly didn't have anything to worry about as they were total pros on the night. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Recent review: This band really deserves a good amount of appreciation. They are finest musicians of their type in the country. They are also highly sophisticated and also talented. Their performance can only be defined as something full of energy. The lively music and the unique setup they have made suit them well for both parties and also chill out environments. Recent review: Thank you for making my grandads birthday party so special! You are all fantastic musicians, and having you perform for us really was the cherry on the top of a perfect celebration. We were at another family gathering today with quite a few of the same people from yesterday, and literally everyone commented on what a fantastic party it was, and how amazing you guys were :) I'm so pleased we went for the 5 piece band in the end, it was definitely worth it, and the addition of the saxophonist really completed the sound we were going for. Your have such a wonderful voice, and sounded even better live! My grandad is very fussy about who he likes and you received very high praise from him! Thank you for all the little extra touches - playing certain pieces of my grandads favourite music, singing happy birthday and taking the time to have a chat with my grandad in between sets! I'm so glad I found you. The whole booking process through Poptops was straight forward, and although I wasn't the most organised of customers, your patience and correspondence to my requests and messages made everything super easy.
