Karen was incredible from start to finish. From speaking before the event to ensure everything was perfect to on the day preparing and cooking everything superbly. Karen cooked breakfast for 38 people with ease and then a full meat board buffet and Mexican bbq for evening meal. The honey sesame sausages are still being spoken about!! Our Chef, Lewis was spot on, explained what he was cooking, also when it would be ready. He explained what each dish was, and if spicy or not. Food was amazing, everyone in our party really enjoyed the experience. Would I use Lewis again…yes. Would I use Poptop again yes. Communication from both Poptop and Lewis was A1.
