After completing my cooking education at Leith's, I decided to follow my passion and formed RBC in memory of my Granddad. After 10 years working for my grandads business, he taught me to be punctual, polite and to always offer a high standard service, and I have ensured I carry this into RBC.

John and Tracy were absolutely fantastic at our daughters 21st Birthday party on our family farm. The communication prior to the event was great - we were able to discuss the arrangements by phone or email, and Sean was happy for us to determine the menu.
