I received confirmation quickly that my booking was confirmed, and I received a response from the Act straight away confirming my request and answering my questions. My only criticism of the Booking Site would be that you cannot use certain letters an numbers together if you wish to put in the postcode for venue. This was a last minute booking and all went really smoothly and to plan :)
