Firstly I have looked high and low for a laid back guitarist/vocalist for our festival inspired wedding next year, I came across your profile today on poptop and I so so hope your free on our date as what you play is absolutely perfect and you sound amazing.
Our wedding is being held on our friends farm in Burnsall, North Yorkshire on Saturday 28th May 2016. We are having a really laid back day, with our ceremony at 1pm with then field games, lots of beer, lots of wine, a ton of BBQ and loads of laughter after. I was hoping you would play before during and after the ceremony? Probably a good four hours of relaxing, chilled gorgeous music....
We will supply you with all the BBQ and beer you fancy on the day.
Really looking forward to your response.

wedding at Kettlesing Village Hall, North Yorkshire.

You came recommended from a friend!
Just after rough idea of prices also.
I am helping to arrange the Open University Degree ceremony due to take place in the Harrogate International Centre on Friday 19th May and we require a brass band. The ceremony commences at 14:00 but the band may be required to attend earlier for a rehearsal (11:00).
14:00 – 14:30 (pre ceremony musical programme)
16:00 – 16:30 (after the ceremony, recession)
The band would be able to play their own programme of music, in agreement with the ceremony manager.
There would be a green room available to use before and after the ceremony for storage etc. and we would provide tea, coffee and a light sandwich lunch.
If there is anything further you need to know please do not hesitate to get in touch. If you could let me know whether there might be a band available and a quote for the cost of hiring that would be great.
I look forward to hearing from you.
We are getting married at Ox pastures hall in Scarborough on the 28th July, we require a quartet or something similar for the ceremony only, ceremony starts at 1600hrs,
We would like music played whilst the guests arrive and sit down and then for when The bride walks down the aisle, and for the bride and groom walking back out.
Hi I am looking to hold an afternoon event in our Retirement development in Pickering - I am flexible with the date W/c 12 December would be good or W/c 5th December. We would like a singer to perform for an hour (with breaks) or hour and a half depending on cost. The event is inside and the audience are approximately aged 60 and over. It is a small venue.

We are going to attend an elderly peoples home in the Pickering/Malton area and hold a Yorkshire event with them. This will involve a brass band performance, Yorkshire cakes and tea, and a distrubtion of white roses.

We were thinking if it would be possible for a brass band to play for about an hour, straight after the ceremony (ceremony and reception are at the same venue) whilst guests are having their welcome drinks. The wedding is in Worsley.
Ariella Strings performed for us at our wedding at Stowe House in July 2016, and became a central part of our afternoon. While we were searching for bands, some groups we spoke to were very prescriptive with the set they were willing to play, whereas Ariella Strings were hugely accommodating in letting us choose a list of songs that we wanted from their extensive playlist - even stretching to their brilliant Jukebox Live idea, where guests can request tracks from the list we'd provided. This was a huge hit with our guests (to the point they didn't want to come in for food!).
John and Cheryl were absolutely lovely to deal with while preparing for our big day, and excellent musicians too. We were having our photos taken for the majority of time Ariella Strings were playing, but it was clear all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it - especially my three year old niece who requested "Let It Go" as often as she could!
Four months on from the wedding, our friends still mention Ariella Strings whenever we reminisce about the day. We're hoping one of them takes our recommendation soon, so we can enjoy them fully without being bothered by a photographer!
We first came across Ariella Strings from searching the internet when looking for a string quartet for our son's wedding. We were very impressed by their prompt, friendly and helpful response. Their professionalism meant we were in good hands through every step of the planning. They even made the personal touch of taking time to meet with us to discuss our choices.
Music has been a big part of our son and his wife's lives and Ariella Strings brought a magical touch to their wedding reaching all generations of our family and friends, who had travelled from different parts of the world to be there. The feedback from them has been amazing.
It was far above our hopes and dreams for this most important occasions of our lives and words cannot express how grateful we are for the joy Ariella Strings brought to this most perfect day. We recommend them without hesitation.
With our grateful thanks and very best wishes
