No
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
We can either cook on location or from our own Kitchens or we can provide a mobile kitchen trailer.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

We have various options whether you wish to pre pay or offer a pay as you go service.
What is included in the menu?
Details of inclusions will be presented with the final agreed menus but we are always clear on what we quote for. We do not throw in any extra costs that you are not expecting.
